Among the industry’s leaders in bankruptcy and insolvency, Pachulski is a partner at Pachulski Stang Ziehl & Jones in Century City, which was founded in 1983. Prior clients include Lehman Brothers and the debtors to Ruby Tuesday. He was also lead counsel for Monster Beverage in its acquisition of Bang Energy out of bankruptcy; that deal was in February named Chapter 11 Reorganization of the Year by M&A Advisor. Pachulski and his wife, Dana, in 2022 made a six-figure donation to the Cedars-Sinai Board of Governors Innovation Center to sustain research initiatives.
