Rodriguez, who is the co-head of McDermott Will & Emery’s global employment practice group, is also managing partner of the firm’s Century City office. On top of advising her corporate clients on compliance and mergers, she also defends them in litigation. Under her leadership, the firm’s Los Angeles headcount has grown to nearly 100 attorneys. She was in October recognized by the Los Angeles Business Journal as a Leader of Influence among labor and employment attorneys and is a former president to the Cuban-American Bar Association.
