Raines has made a name for himself in real estate and corporate law, stitching together major transactions in commercial real estate investment, leasing and development. Last year the firm expanded into Chicago by acquiring a trusts and estates specialty firm. Raines is in the “founders circle” of the White Heart Foundation, an Agoura Hills-based group that works to improve health care for post-9/11 military veterans.
