President, Chief Executive, Emanate Health
Sharma is the president and chief executive of Emanate Health, the San Gabriel Valley’s largest nonprofit hospital system. It comprises three hospitals – the flagship Queen of the Valley Hospital in West Covina, Inter-Community Hospital in Covina and Foothill Presbyterian Hospital in Glendora – that combined serve about 1 million people. Last summer, Queen of the Valley Hospital opened a $74 million, 60,000-square-foot cancer center tower; another building is currently under construction that will house an emergency department and intensive care units. Before joining Emanate Health in 2011, Sharma served as senior vice president of financial operations for City of Hope in Duarte.
