Parker co-founded Parker Brown in 1994 with Scott Brown after serving as a construction manager around Los Angeles. The firm specializes in tenant improvements, ground-up construction, medical space and industrial remodels. Among its recent local projects is the conversion of century-old Singer Sewer building in downtown into live/work lofts and ground floor retail. Earlier this year, the firm completed the renovation and expansion of UCLA Health medical office space in Santa Barbara. Parker is a commissioner on the Los Angeles County Building Rehabilitation and Appeals Board and has long been active in several San Fernando Valley civic organizations, including United Chambers of Commerce of the San Fernando Valley and the Valley Economic Alliance. He is also involved with Mission Valley Bank, a bank based in the Valley.
