President, Chief Operating Officer, W.E. O’Neil
Finn joined W.E. O’Neil in 2001 and became president of the California arm of the company in 2014. In March 2023, he added to his duties the newly-created post of chief operating officer of the overall company, which operates in six states. The company has said it anticipates Finn becoming chief executive next year, replacing current chief executive Brian Ramsay; next year is also the company’s centennial. Among the company’s notable local projects: the West Edge in Sawtelle that consists of an eight-story office tower and a seven-story apartment building with 600 units; and the $405 million Midfield Satellite Concourse South, an extension to the Tom Bradley International Terminal at Los Angeles International Airport that will add eight gates and 150,000 square feet.
