Seroka is the executive director of the Port of Los Angeles, one of the busiest container ports in North America. Since his appointment in 2014, the port has improved its import numbers, developed zero-emission goals and undertaken a series of infrastructure improvements. In his role, Seroka is responsible for managing a $2 billion budget.
