Morgan, rising the ranks from a portfolio manager to president of the Los Angeles region immediately before her current role.

Be curious and ask more questions.

What’s your favorite movie, all time and in any category?
“Top Gun.”

What’s at the top of your bucket list?
An African Safari, and I’m pleased to be taking one this summer.

What was your first car?
A yellow, 1979 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme.

Like to have it back?
Definitely not. I love my blue Tesla.

What’s the best thing about living in Los Angeles?
The ocean, the hills, and the golf courses year-round!

And the worst?
Traffic and taxes.
