Sokoloff has been at Leonard Green & Partners since 1990 and now leads the private equity firm as a managing partner. He currently serves on the board of directors for companies including Jetro Cash & Carry, JOANN Inc., and Shake Shack. Prior to Leonard Green he was a managing director in corporate finance at Drexel and a principal at Hambrecht & Quist Capital Management LLC, now known as Tekla Capital Management. Sokoloff serves as a trustee of Williams College and the Los Angeles County Museum of Art.
