Wilk is a serial entrepreneur whose most recent venture, the financial technology platform Dave Inc., reached profitability for the first time on the Nasdaq this year. He founded the company in 2016 and earned checks from Mark Cuban, Jonathan Kraft and Diplo for Dave’s seed round. Today, Dave serves 10 million members and has a market cap of $542 million. Wilk graduated from Loyola Marymount University, and later joined the 2010 entrepreneur cohort in the Y Combinator incubator. He also co-founded WriteBoard, a company making an alternative to whiteboards.
