Reese co-founded Imperial Capital in 1997, an investment banking company that offers debt and equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and other advisory services. Prior to Imperial Capital, Reese was a principal with Gordon Investment Corp., a merchant banking firm in New York and Dallas, where he focused on investing in distressed real estate transactions, high yield securities and leveraged buyouts. He is also a founding member of City Ventures, an Irvine-based private home builder which specializes in eco-friendly construction.
