1st Century Bank

DiNapoli leads 1st Century Bank, a Los Angeles-based division of MidFirst Bank. He was part of the bank’s founding team in 2003 and climbed to the chief executive position by 2008. 1st Century Bank was acquired by MidFirst Bank in a take-private deal in 2016, and now operates under the $37 billion-asset parent company. Dinapoli is a former board member of the Southern California chapter of March of Dimes.

Companies don’t fail because of too much capital.
