Bizub left his long-time role as president of Western International Securities last year to run Pasadena-based Hamilton Grant LLC, a boutique investment banking firm he co-founded 10 years ago. Bizub has over 30 years of experience in the Southern California financial scene. He has served as president of the Securities Industry Management of Southern California, as well as the board of the National Association of Independent Brokers. Bizub’s new firm Hamilton Grant specializes in FINRA registration and transaction support for deals valued between $5 million and $500 million.
