Porché oversees J.P. Morgan Chase’s community and business development team, leading the strategic direction for business banking across the country. Porché spearheads the firm’s financial health initiatives, working with over 150 community managers who provide resources in underserved communities. She also is the diversity, equity and inclusion lead for the Los Angeles Market Leadership Team, pinpointing local vulnerabilities in banking and overseeing racial equity commitments to business. This year, Porché was recognized by the Greater Los Angeles African American Chamber of Commerce as the Banking Executive of the Year.
