Karlin Asset Management

Cohen co-founded Karlin Asset Management in 2005 as a family office. Karlin is involved in deals across the private equity, real estate, natural resources and both public and private securities sectors. Cohen also leads Highview Capital, which added two platform investments last year. Karlin Real Estate, meanwhile, is completing several multifamily developments, including a mega campus with more than 1 million square feet in Austin, Texas. Highview Capital and Karlin Real Estate are both subsidiary businesses of Karlin Asset Management. Cohen previously worked at the investment banking firm Lazard Freres & Co. and held executive positions at Pacific Holdings. He received his Bachelor of Science in Engineering from Boston University, and a Master’s in Philosophy from Cambridge University.

Ford Mustang.
