Settle leads Greycroft, a venture capital firm that offers seed and growth-stage fundraising to primarily tech companies. The firm reports over $3 billion in assets under management, and last shifted its core investment strategy to AI startups after closing over $1 billion in new funds. Settle founded the firm in 2006, and since has seen notable exits including Bumble (an IPO), Maker Studios (acquired by Disney) and Pulse (acquired by LinkedIn). Active investments include Acorns, Bird, Citizen, Goop and The RealReal. Prior to Greycroft, Settle was a venture capitalist in the Bay Area, working at Mayfield and in investment banking at Lehman Brothers.
