Loyola is a 14-year veteran with Lomod, which manages Section 8-based projects in 10 Southern California counties. She has had stints with the compliance and quality assurance departments, not to mention administrative duties. She oversees the day-to-day management and leadership of the organization. She has a B.A. in political science and environmental analysis and design from UC Irvine and a master’s in public administration from USC. The Los Angeles Lomod Corp. was No. 1 on the Business Journal’s list of nonprofits last year based on expenditures.
