NAI Capital Commercial’s Pasadena office has relocated within the Pasarroyo office campus, where the brokerage firm will occupy the mezzanine floor at 225 S. Lake Ave.
According to Joe Faulkner, president of NAI Capital Commercial Brokerage, Pasarroyo is one of the best locations on Pasadena’s South Lake Avenue business district. The four-building complex, which has 600,000 square feet of commercial space, comes with amenities both on site and within walking distance, including Dunkin’, LA Fitness and Industrious Coworking.
Pasarroyo serves as NAI Capital Commercial’s hub for its commercial real estate brokerage services team of 21 brokers covering the Tri-Cities and San Gabriel Valley market areas. Faulkner said that NAI Capital Commercial is coming off its three biggest years ever,, and added that this year has started out strong. Capitalizing on its momentum, the Pasadena office expanded into new office space within Pasarroyo, which has been home to the brokerage for the past 15 years.
“It was a great opportunity for the Pasadena office,” Faulkner said. “We had an opportunity to get a brand new, customized office space in this newly renovated complex. Two of our competitors have abandoned their offices in the Tri-Cities market and have pushed a large office consolidation strategy out of the area. We believe we must be in the market where our clients are, and our brokers live.”
