Lisa Johnson, DNP, RN, CENP, CPHQ, VP, chief quality officer of USC Arcadia Hospital, is an award-winning professional with progressive leadership experience accelerating quality healthcare. She has a proven track record of leading colleagues in complying with established regulations to drive organizational effectiveness and operational excellence along with staff training and education on patient care.
In her role, Johnson oversees all clinical quality and patient safety activities for the organization. She facilitates the executive, medical and leadership teams in improving patient safety and outcomes and ensures an environment for a culture of compliance, safety, excellence and integrity. Johnson previously served as executive administrator – quality & outcomes management at Keck.
