Before becoming president and CEO of Glendale Memorial Hospital & Health Center, Betsy Hart served as chief operating officer at Northridge Hospital Medical Center. In this role, she led operational responses during the COVID-19 pandemic and oversaw key construction projects, including the expansion of the emergency department and the establishment of a new urgent care center. Hart also played a crucial role in strategic planning and decision-making across all service lines, with a strong focus on ambulatory growth to meet the evolving needs of the community while maintaining financial sustainability.
Hart is an active member of both the Hospital Association of Southern California and the American College of Healthcare Executives.
