Tiffany Cavallaro is executive director of external planning and delivery (EPD) within the Global Supply Chain Organization at Amgen. In her current role, Cavallaro leads global raw material planning for Amgen and product planning for Amgen’s external manufacturing network across the globe. In both roles, she constantly navigates the team(s) thru complex supply constraints to ensure Amgen’s goal of supplying “Every Patient Every Time.”
Cavallaro’s recent accomplishments include optimization of raw material procurement strategies, successful integration of external supply chains associated with multiple large-scale integrations, and significant efforts to advance automation and supplier collaboration in the digital space. Cavallaro has successfully led multiple organizations within Supply Chain, from raw materials to finished goods, and across site, regional and global settings. Prior to joining EPD, Cavallaro held roles of increasing responsibility including an assignment in the Netherlands leading the European Union Regional Planning and Supply Management team.
