Chi Huynh, a partner in Sheppard Mullin’s Healthcare industry team, is a seasoned legal advisor to Fortune 500, middle market and start-up companies, specializing in healthcare transactions and compliance matters, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance matters. She’s been recognized as a dealmaker rising star for leading healthcare companies through complex deals, including one which earned the title “Private Equity Deal of the Year” from both Global M&A Network and The M&A Advisor. In addition to her transactional expertise, she helps client identify and address complex healthcare-related regulatory issues, including information privacy, corporate practice of medicine, anti-kickback and federal Stark issues.
In addition to her practice, Chi serves as corporate lead of Sheppard Mullin’s Women in Healthcare Leadership Collaborative, an exclusive national leadership initiative committed to supporting women who are currently in or are advancing into leadership positions within the healthcare and life sciences industries.
