Miriam Campos is at the cornerstone of the GCX’s success, seamlessly managing operations and ensuring every project meets the highest standards of efficiency and excellence. Beyond managing tasks, she anticipates challenges, devises proactive solutions, and ensures that every team member has the tools and support they need to succeed.
Campos’ accomplishments include developing an innovative onboarding process that make every new hire feel welcomed and supported, as well as implementing systems that enhance transparency and accountability across all levels of the organization. She recently implemented the “Pro Core” system for the company’s project management teams, which has been seamlessly adopted, enabling coordinators to enhance office efficiency and improve communication with field teams through streamlined reporting.
