CO Architects
Lauren Coles, associate principal at CO Architects, is a senior project manager on large higher- educational and healthcare projects, including hospital campuses, medical office buildings, health education, academic, student unions, residence halls, recreation centers, and science and technology projects. She is devoted to opening channels of communication among design, regulatory and building industries to elevate and make adaptive architectural solutions to the issues facing architects and the communities they serve. Recently, she oversaw the $1.17-billion Scripps Health Mercy Campus project in San Diego.
As one of CO Architects’ primary colleague mentors, Coles leads efforts to support architecture licensure for all eligible staff. She further fosters staff growth through her involvement in CO’s JEDI initiative.
