Design and construction professional April Chang played a major role in the SFO Harvey Milk Terminal 1 Boarding Area B (BAB) project with Austin Commercial, which became the first airport terminal in the world to achieve LEED Platinum and WELL Core certification in 2022. She went on to manage the LAX Terminal Core project and the Taiwan Semiconductor project in Arizona, before moving back to LA to join Webcor.
In her role, Chang integrates traditional project manager responsibilities with those of a design manager, given her extensive educational background in architecture. In December 2023, her outstanding contributions to Webcor as an assistant design manager culminated in her promotion to design manager and project manager, a dual role reflecting her vast sustainability and design expertise.
