Natalie Weatherford has devoted her career to championing victims of sexual abuse and taking on the powerful institutions that try to silence them in the process. Her work with children and adult survivors has led to record-breaking verdicts and settlements against individuals, large corporations, and school districts and administrators – including more than $100 million in recoveries in the past 24 months alone.
In recognition of her impactful work to obtain justice and drive greater accountability for perpetrators, Weatherford was named “Trial Lawyer of the Year” in 2024 by the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles. Among her landmark verdicts was a $102.5 million verdict on behalf of two former students who were sexually abused while attending Dartmouth Middle School in San Jose.
