Casey Sypek is a partner at Miller Barondess and an experienced trial lawyer who represents public and private entities in state and federal courts. She has a strong track record handling complex, high-impact matters, securing successful outcomes for clients across a broad range of disputes, including commercial litigation, breach of contract, fraud, employment, intellectual property, entertainment, false advertising, and government- related matters.
As outside counsel to the County of Los Angeles, Sypek manages some of the County’s most sensitive and complex cases, frequently involving significant public policy issues and substantial financial exposure. Sypek currently represents LA County in large-scale litigation, including the defense of mass tort claims arising from the January 2025 wildfires.
