Alice Chen Smith is the managing partner of Yoka | Smith and an experienced trial lawyer who has successfully tried many cases to verdict and obtained summary judgment wins. Her primary focus is litigating catastrophic personal injury cases, products liability and business litigation matters. She practices throughout the State of California in trial and appellate courts.
Smith is president of the Association of Southern California Defense Counsel this year. She serves on the board of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers and will be its president in 2027, and she also serves on the Los Angeles Chapter of American Board of Trial Advocates as its membership chair. She is also a member of the Southern California Chinese Lawyers Association.
