Sarah Brooks is a partner in Venable’s Intellectual Property Litigation Practice and focuses her practice on intellectual property disputes, including patent and trademark disputes in US District Court and before the USPTO. Brooks counsels a broad range of large and small technology companies, including consumer product, wireless technology, mechanical device, computer science, biotech, medical device, toy, and sporting goods companies, on brand protection, trademark, and patent rights.
Brooks recently served as lead counsel for 2ONE and PPM in a high-stakes trademark litigation. On December 20, 2024, the court granted a preliminary injunction, affirming the likelihood of success on the merits for Brooks’ clients and protecting their valuable intellectual property rights.
