One example of her recent success was her work on Incalza v. Porshe. Incalza had worked at Porsche for nearly a decade, but Porsche terminated Incalza shortly before his 60th birthday. The jury found Porshe guilty of fraud for telling him he would be rehired yet having him sign a severance agreement that stated otherwise. Madjidi was lead on the trial team for this case and successfully recovered $3.6 million for Incalza.
