Kimberly Klinsport is a partner at Foley & Lardner LLP where she serves as litigation chair for the Los Angeles and San Diego offices and co-chair of the Cybersecurity and Privacy area of focus within Foley’s nationwide Innovative Technology sector. She has now been with the firm for over a decade.
From early on in her career, Klinsport learned the importance of taking initiative while maintaining humility to ask questions and pull from the experts around her. By approaching work this way, she has garnered more trust with her clients, ensuring they know she is listening to them and creating bespoke solutions for their matters. As one of the youngest litigation chairs in Foley’s history, Klinsport has had a number of major victories in arbitration throughout her career.
