Jennifer Cohen is a corporate partner at Sklar Kirsh. Her experience as in-house corporate counsel, and finance background, brings practical business world experience and strong insights into the needs and challenges clients face. This includes advising on M&A, equity investments, capital markets, commercial transactions, and corporate governance matters. She advises clients in a wide range of industries, including consumer products, media and entertainment, and sports.
Prior to joining the firm, Cohen was corporate counsel to two sports and entertainment firms — Elevate Sports Ventures and VenueNext, an associate at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP, and an investment analyst at Citibank. Cohen’s recent representative transactions include her recent work representing Hypothesis Group, LLC, in its acquisition by Elixirr.
