Jamie Kendall is a partner at Doll Amir. Her practice focuses on business litigation and intellectual property matters, servicing a wide range of clients in the consumer product, technology, entertainment, health care, and financial services industries. Ms. Kendall has experience in all stages of litigation, from inception through settlement, arbitration, and trial in California state and federal court. She also counsels clients with regard to developments in the law.
Kendall’s successes include her work co-leading a team that manages Fortune 10 global online retailer’s Proposition 65 portfolio, defending and resolving hundreds of matters. She also successfully defended a “bet-the-company” arbitration related to contract claims between medical group and management company, resulting in award of all claims in client’s favor.
