Certified family law specialist, Demetria Graves, opened her own family law practice, The Graves Law Firm, at the age of 25 — just six months out of law school. She has offices in both Pasadena and Beverly Hills.
Graves is the immediate past chair of the Family Law Executive Committee with the California Lawyers Association. She also currently co-chairs the African American Alumni Association at Loyola Law School and is a mentor to several law students and young attorneys. She served as a past Judge Pro Tem with the Los Angeles Superior Court. She has worked diligently to ensure diversity in the legal profession and work with her colleagues across all organizations to provide informative programs for lawyers of color and women seeking judicial appointments.
