Shareholder Candice Zee is a member of the Vedder Price Labor & Employment practice area within the firm’s Los Angeles office. Throughout her career, Zee has represented and defended numerous multi-state and international corporations on all aspects of employment litigation, including allegations of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, defamation, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. She has won numerous cases on summary judgements for her clients, and in particular has represented several non-profit hospital clients.
Zee has helped resolve hundreds of matters through mediation and informal negotiations, all while working alongside her opposing counsel to help minimize costs to her clients. Her practice also includes handling traditional labor issues.
