Shehnaz Bhujwala is an attorney with a focus on representing people harmed by misconduct, wrongful practices, or dangerous products to obtain justice through civil lawsuits. She has focused on complex civil litigation cases involving, for example, class actions and mass torts on behalf of people against major companies and government, but also helps survivors of sexual assaults seek justice through civil litigation.

Some of Bhujwala’s significant cases include the settlement on behalf of hundreds of survivors of childhood sexual abuse against the Los Angeles and San Diego Catholic Archdioceses; settlement of a civil action brought by numerous survivors of an infamous 1976 mass kidnapping against the kidnappers; and a class action settlement against a telephone company for privacy violations.
