With nearly two decades of experience in the legal field, Paloma Perez-McEvoy is passionate about serving vulnerable, overlooked and underrepresented communities. Currently a partner and co-chair of the Municipal Law practice group at Olivarez Madruga Law Organization, LLP (OMLO), Perez-McEvoy brings more than 20 years of public policy, planning and land use, and government relations experience to the firm.
Perez-McEvoy advises clients on planning and zoning laws, compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act, and other municipal affairs. She also has experience drafting ordinances and negotiating development agreements.
