Almost two years into her tenure at one of the nation’s most prestigious law firms, Melissa Mills has established herself as a trial lawyer capable of parachuting into matters of the highest stakes. To her work in private practice, Mills brings a background as a federal prosecutor and military lawyer, having conducted trials everywhere from Los Angeles to a foreign combat zone.
Shortly after arriving in 2022 at the Los Angeles office of Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, Melissa was asked to play a critical role in a case brought by Vanessa Bryant, to whom a jury ultimately awarded $15 million on invasion of privacy and federal civil rights claims.
