Irene Lee is a partner at Russ August & Kabat, where she focuses her practice on all aspects of intellectual property, including patent, trademark, copyright protection through registration, enforcement and licensing. Lee has extensive experience in trademark and copyright prosecution and litigation with an emphasis on global brand expansion and content management. As a registered patent attorney, she also counsels clients concerning patent litigation and monetization with an eye toward building value to their overall business focus.
In the past 12-18 months, Lee has managed over 5,000 brands and attendant rights as part of her role in managing IP portfolio for clients such as The Honest Company, Inc., Thor Industries, Airstream, Carroll Hall Shelby Trust, and many others.
