Claire-Lise Kutlay’s abilities transcend her years of experience and this has led to her quickly gaining significant trial experience in high-stakes cases. Kutlay is frequently called upon to handle some of the firm’s toughest cases and most difficult issues, including navigating PAGA claims, representing women who retaliated against or discriminated against in their employment, seeking justice for persons who survived sexual assault and harassment, and representing individuals and business entities in complex commercial cases.
Kutlay has worked on numerous high-profile matters, including representing plaintiffs in whistleblower/wrongful termination suits, gender discrimination actions, and defending an AmLaw 200 firm in a case seeking $500 million in damages for violation of civil RICO, fraud, and other torts.
