Christine Ellice advises consumer financial services, banking, securities and technology companies on commercial litigation and class action defense matters. She has particular experience in the defense of securities class actions, primarily representing investment banks in ‘33 Act claims. Additionally, she assists individuals and growth-stage companies in partnership and LLC disputes, investor actions and general business litigation.
Ellice also is experienced in the entertainment industry, having represented clients in film finance, copyright, defamation and licensing litigation. As a licensed lawyer in both California and New York, Ellice partners with clients nationwide to resolve their disputes, and in particular, helps them navigate California’s unique legal landscape.
