Robins Kaplan LLP
Christina Lincoln, a catastrophic loss insurance advisor and trial lawyer, specializes in high-risk coverage and bad faith disputes for domestic and international insurers nationwide. She handles cases ranging from coal mining closures to pandemic losses, volcanic eruptions, fires, floods, construction projects, and nine-figure commercial property damage claims. Lincoln also addresses the legal profession’s persistent DE&I challenges by serving as a leader in supporting diverse talent pipelines and systemic programs within her firm.
An example of her current casework includes her defense of domestic insurer, Liberty Mutual Fire Insurance Company, in a lawsuit against Regal Cinemas, which seeks over $550 million in damages it allegedly sustained across its 500+ theaters in the United States due to the presence of COVID-19.
