Candice Zee is a shareholder at Vedder Price and a member of the Labor & Employment practice area in the firm’s Los Angeles office.
Throughout her career, Zee has represented and defended numerous multi-state and international corporations on all aspects of employment litigation, including allegations of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, defamation, and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Zee has won a number of cases on summary judgment for her clients, several of which are non-profit hospital clients. She also recently won an appeal of a summary judgment motion granted in favor of a non-profit hospital client who was sued for wrongful termination, age discrimination and retaliation.
