Greene’s achievements include a string of extraordinary successes defending Costa Mesa-based fashion and footwear maker Vans and its iconic “OLD SKOOL” trademark from infringement. In April 2022 she represented Vans in a trademark and trade dress infringement and unfair competition lawsuit against Walmart which granted Vans’ motion for a preliminary injunction.
