Rachel L. Fiset is a co-founder and managing partner of Zweiback, Fiset & Zalduendo LLP. Her practice includes various state and federal civil and white-collar criminal matters, including government and internal investigations. She has achieved outstanding results for individuals accused of healthcare fraud, political corruption, bribery, SEC violations, real estate investment fraud, environmental violations, import/export violations, money laundering, copyright infringement and theft of trade secret.
Since forming Zweiback, Fiset & Zalduendo LLP in 2018, Fiset has been involved in several of the highest profile government investigations in the Central District of California and, in her civil litigation practice, succeeded at trial, on appeal, on dispositive motions and through settlement on behalf of her clients. She recently obtained a full dismissal during trial on behalf of the inventor of a payment ring technology in a patent assignment case alleging fraudulent dealings defeating claims by the plaintiff of approximately $30 million.
