A rising star in Paul Hastings’ globally renowned White Collar Defense practice, Nicole Dania Lueddeke defends corporations and high-profile individuals in civil and criminal cases and advises on Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, State Attorney General consumer protection statutes, and regulatory proceedings in government investigations involving US DOJ and SEC enforcement.
Lueddeke had a significant trial victory in the “Fat Leonard” corruption and bribery scandal. She represented retired U.S. Navy Rear Admiral Bruce Loveless in the highly-publicized “Fat Leonard” corruption scandal regarding alleged conspiracy, bribery and fraud charges involving entanglements with Singapore-based military contractor. During trial in San Diego, Lueddeke concurrently managed other major international investigations and traveled to DC to handle time-sensitive DOJ, SEC and Board of Directors briefings for clients in Asia. She also currently represents a $4.6 billion multinational medical technology company involving ongoing DOJ and SEC investigations into potential FCPA violations.
