Among the notable recent matters in which Sganga played an integral role has been her work on the Monster Beverage Corporation Acquisition of CANarchy Craft Brewery Collective. In January of 2022, Sganga played a key role in client Monster Beverage Corporation’s acquisition of craft beer and hard seltzer company CANarchy Craft Brewery Collective for $330 million. This strategic transaction enables Monster to enter the alcoholic beverage sector. Sganga was instrumental in the IP due diligence. Sganga also plays an integral role in the trademark clearance, filing strategy, and foreign opposition strategy for Monster Energy. Sganga is also a part of the trademark team that handles all aspects of trademark protection and enforcement for Fox Corporation.
