Sestito has extensive experience defending ExxonMobil Corporation in various matters, including representing the company in litigation against the Santa Barbara Board of Supervisors for refusal to approve a permit allowing ExxonMobil to truck oil across the county while a pipeline is repaired. Also, in Tortilla Factory, LLC v. GT’s Living Foods, LLC, a recent bench trial, Sestito served to defend GT’s Living Foods against Lanham Act and unfair competition claims regarding the labelling, marketing, and sale of its kombucha products. She also represented BlueTriton Brands, Inc., in multiple suits. Sestito has won motions to dismiss in two separate cases.
