Maria Pearman is GHJ’s Food and Beverage Practice leader and a fractional CFO at Blueprint CFO, a fractional CFO firm acquired by GHJ in 2025. As a nationally recognized expert in the beverage alcohol space, Maria has built her career around helping beverage companies — from startups to established producers — optimize financial performance and find success during complex transitions. She, as a fractional CFO, supports clients with their internal accounting processes, financial reviews, budgeting, cash flow forecasting, financial strategy and succession planning.
Pearman regularly teaches for respected organizations, such as the University of Vermont’s Business of Craft Beer program and the Distilled Spirits Council of the United States Academy.
