Gina McLeod, J.D., LLM, leads GHJ’s Tax Practice, overseeing a team of more than 100 professionals in corporate and partnership tax, SALT, international tax, high net worth, M&A and more. With over 25 years of public accounting and tax leadership experience, her background allows her to manage a cross-functional tax practice that partners with clients and provides tailored strategies.
McLeod also currently serves in a significant role on GHJ’s Executive Committee, helping to oversee and guide the firm’s executive strategy. McLeod was a partner at a Big Four firm prior to joining GHJ in 2023 and delivered tax services and strategy across industries, including filmed entertainment, food and beverage, manufacturing and distribution, and media and advertising.
